Burrell Collection
The Burrell Collection houses a collection of over 8,000 objects gifted to Glasgow by Sir William Burrell in 1944. With a particular focus on late medieval and early Renaissance Europe, the collection also contains important examples of Chinese and Islamic art, and several works by major artists including Rodin, Degas and Cézanne.
Open Monday-Thursday and Saturday: 10am–5pm; Friday and Sunday: 11am–5pm. Admission free.
